Perm Emulsion from Wella SP stabilizes the hair after perm treatment.
It nourishes the hair intensively and neutralizes residues of alkaline and oxidizing compounds while stabilizing the effects of the treatment. With Perm Emulsion, the hair becomes more flexible and the effect of the procedure lasts longer.
For all hair types after perm treatment.
Application/How to use:
Shake before use. On damp, towel dried hair apply a small quantity of product in series from root to tip and gently rub it in. Leave for 5-10 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.
