Terms and conditions
1. General information
These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to sales between Nordic Hair’n Beauty Ltd and NHB Germany Gmbh (seller) and its customers (buyer), unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing. Both parties undertake to comply with the terms and conditions valid at the time of placing the order. The seller has the right to check the buyer’s creditworthiness before delivering the product. The customer’s basic information is registered in the seller’s customer register. All prices are stated in euros, without VAT. We reserve the right to change prices or product availability.
2. Responsibilities of the seller
Delivery time for stocked products within 5-10 workdays.
2.1 Terms of delivery
Seller delivers the products to the buyer at the seller’s freight, if not agreed other solution. Current charges and freight limits apply to deliveries. Free shipping from 100 € purchase value, delivery cost according order confirmation. VAT could be added according to country roles. The buyer is responsible for informing the seller of the correct delivery address and that the carrier authorized by the seller can deliver the products to the indicated address at the time of delivery.
2.2 Return conditions
The products you ordered have a 14-day right of return. However, the product to be returned must be unopened, unused, delivered undamaged in their original packaging and contain all parts. We do not refund opened products if it is a product return. For returns, we charge delivery costs, including VAT. The buyer is always responsible for the return costs.
Please contact to our customer service if you want return products. We will send to you instruction for return.
After the product is returned, we will return the payment without delay, however no later than within 14 days of processing the return. We make the payment using the payment method with which the order was placed. If you would like an alternative refund in the form of a gift card, please contact us. Please send the product back to us without delay. However, in order to comply with the deadline for return products case, it is sufficient that the electronic return form has been filled out before the end of the return period and send to us.
Nordic Hair’n Beauty Ltd and NHB Germany Gmbh reserves the right not to refund the payment until the product has been returned.
This does not apply to complaint products – in case of complaints contact us before sending the product. There are no shipping costs for you – we pay the return costs for you.
For uncollected packages we charge €25.
2.3 Quality of the goods
The seller is responsible for the quality of the goods in accordance with the information specified in product or other information provided by the seller in writing. The Buyer is responsible for the correct use of the goods according given information of the seller.
By receiving the product from the seller, the buyer accepts that the product’s implementation and use may require special expertise or care. The seller is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use of the product or use in a context other than what it is intended for.
2.4 Delivery damage
If there is a damaged product in your package, please contact to our service center and report it to us. After that, our customer service will back with a solution to the problem solving and notify you.
If you already notice receiving the shipment that contents are damaged, you can refuse to receive the package. In that case, the package will be returned to us.
2.5 Financial injury
The seller is not obliged to compensate the buyer for any injuries such as loss or reduce of production, lost profit or other financial injuries.
3. Buyer obligations
3.1 Prices and payments
All our prices do not include VAT, it will be added according to country rules. The valid price is the price indicated at the time of ordering in the nhbeauty.eu online store. We are reserving the right to correct incorrectly entered prices and to change prices also shipment costs.
3.2 Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail about the received order and another e-mail when the order has been processed and the products have been shipped. We will contact you if the ordered product is out of stock. If you need help placing the order, choosing the products or if you have any other questions about your order, you can contact us by e-mail at customer service and we will be happy to help you.
3.3 Complaints and error correction
If you receive incorrect product, please contact our customer service by email before returning the product. Our customer service will back with a solution to the problem solving and notify you.
4. Dispute Resolution
Disagreements related to the contract or order between the seller and the buyer will primarily be resolved through negotiations between the parties. Unless otherwise agreed and negotiations fail to reach a settlement, disputes will be resolved in the Helsinki district court.
5. Other conditions
The buyer takes care of product or product packages reuse, utilization and other waste management and resulting waste care costs.
