How to use : Exfoliate 24 hours before using the foam. Moisturize all dry areas immediately before application, including elbows, knees, ankles and feet. For best results, apply with the Applicator Mitt Mitt , in broad strokes, starting at the feet and moving upwards. Wait 1, 2 or 3 hours depending on the desired shade, then take a quick shower. The tan will develop for up to 8 hours.
