How to use: Mix the measured amount of brightener with Premium Developer2% or 6% in proportions 1:1.5 or 1:2 to obtain a creamy, smooth consistency. Apply to dry, unbleached hair. After 20-45 minutes, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use the appropriate Blond Me care series.
