Is there anyone in the world who doesn’t like pancakes? We love them! Pancakes are great both hot and cold. They are a real treat for children and adults for breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper.
The protein version will appeal especially to active people who regularly practice various sports and care about the regeneration of their muscles.
A good gluten-free pancake batter, and one with protein, is often a challenge. Not every flour is suitable for this, and buying several types can be a burdensome solution. Let’s make our lives easier! A ready-made pancake mix saves time and space in the kitchen, and guarantees success.
What can you serve our pancakes with?
There are so many possibilities! From jams, nut spreads, chocolate creams, mousses, to yoghurts, cheeses, fruits, whipped cream, ice cream, nuts, honey, sweet sauces and sprinkles.
What’s in the package?
In a convenient package, which you can easily take with you on weekend trips or longer holiday trips, there is a mix of 5 flours in ideal proportions: rice, tapioca, chickpea, coconut and flax. Pea protein is an addition. This is a unique composition, simply perfect for preparing about 10 delicious, nutritious protein pancakes. Quick, easy, convenient and enjoyable!

Why gluten-free pancakes?
The gluten-free version works for everyone. It is suitable for people who, for various reasons, had to eliminate gluten from their diet. It gives the rest the opportunity to try new, delicious flavors and open up to less popular flours rich in valuable nutrients that they do not have the opportunity to eat every day.
But that’s not all. Are you vegan? That’s great, because the protein is plant-based, and you don’t have to (although you can) add eggs and cow’s milk to the mixture. This is also good news for people who are allergic to eggs or lactose.
How to make pancakes?
1. You will need: 280 ml of plant-based drink or milk, 74 g of coconut oil and 2 eggs (omit if you are vegan).
2. Place the plant drink/milk, 300 ml boiling water and 30 g coconut oil, optional eggs, in a bowl and mix gradually adding the flour mixture.
3. Blend until smooth and uniform, then set aside for about 8-10 minutes to thicken and release air.
4. Grease the pan with a small amount of coconut oil (remember the edges) and heat it on ½ power. Remove excess fat, the pan should only lightly glow.
5. Mix the batter thoroughly (from the bottom), take about 3/4 of a ladle and pour it onto the heated pan. Spread the batter in a thin layer, using the bottom of the ladle or rotating the pan.
6. Fry until lightly browned, about 2 minutes on one side and about 1.5 minutes on the other.
7. Before frying each next pancake, mix the dough and grease the pan if necessary.
8. Stack the fried pancakes on top of each other and cover so they don’t dry out.
They taste great with our jams, nut pastes, chocolate creams and coconut mousse.
