Are the earbuds waterproof?

KORU earbuds are resistant to splashes, accidental brief submersion, shower use, rain, and sweat from intense workouts. The earbuds come with a 2-year warranty for any potential issues.

Can I use the earbuds in windy or noisy environments?

Yes. The secure fit naturally reduces environmental noise, including wind. In very windy conditions or while cycling, using a single earbud may improve microphone clarity.

Battery Life & Charging

The earbuds provide approximately 4 hours of playback, and the charging case extends total battery life to 12 hours. A full charge takes 1.5 hours.

Can I use the earbuds for calls?

Yes. Answer calls with a single tap or reject them with a long press. The earbuds deliver excellent call quality thanks to nano-material microphones and noise reduction. Older Bluetooth versions or device positioning may occasionally affect sound quality. If issues occur, try repositioning your device or reconnecting the earbuds.

The brand behind the earbuds is Finnish, with employees and partners in Finland, Europe, and Asia. Sales, marketing, customer service, and product development are all based in Finland. Components are sourced globally, mainly from Asia, and the earbuds are assembled at our partner factory in Asia.
