Application/Use: The paint should be mixed thoroughly with the Color emulsion. Touch 1.9 or 4% in a 1:2 ratio (30 ml of cream with 60 ml of emulsion). Then spread over the entire length of the hair and leave for 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Then wash the hair with a Brilliance shampoo .
