Using Plex technology, it reduces hair weakening and brittleness, thus ensuring perfect coloring results. It leaves hair soft to the touch and shiny, and brittleness is reduced by up to 90%. The toner has a vegan formula and the color range has five beautiful shades. The creamy consistency of the product allows for quick and accurate distribution over the hair.

How to use: The product can be used:
– as quick toning Express Toner: mixture in a 1:2 ratio with Welloxon Perfect 1.9%
– as a lightening of natural regrowth, simultaneous toning of the entire length of hair Base Breake: mixture in a 1:2 ratio with Welloxon Perfect 4%
– shade /86 Ultra Cool Booster contains very highly saturated pigments. Therefore, it is recommended not to use it alone.
The coloring treatment time is 5 minutes. If you want to deepen the color or strengthen neutralization, extend the time by a few minutes. Monitor the coloring effect.
Result: Shiny and healthy-looking blonde hair.
