REVLON REVLONISSIMO TECHNICS Oxidant for coloring 3% 10 VOL 900ml

Creamy texture oxidant intended for coloring and brightening treatment. It is titled for professional paints Revlon Revlonissimo, High Coverage, Revlon Super-Blond and Revlon Professional brighteners. Easy to use, the creamy consistency of the product greatly facilitates the preparation of mixtures and application to the hair. •          3% (10VOL) hair coverage and tone-on-tone coloring
•          6% (20VOL) hair coverage and 1 tone lightening
•          9% (30 VOL) coverage and 2 tones brighter
•          12% (4 VOL) coverage and lightening by 3 or more tones
