The Matrix Light Master Lift&Tone Powder Lifter enables gentle and safe brightening by up to 6 levels. It should not be used on the scalp. To be mixed with Cream Oxidant and Toner from the same line to achieve the best effect.  Light Master Lift&Tone is a new version of the ColorGraphics product line.

The Light Master Lift&Tone system operates more than twice as fast as conventional hair lightening. The technology is activated by heat so that the desired colour effect can be achieved in less than 10 minutes. Additionally, D-panthenol moisturises, smooths and thickens hair making it shine.

How to use: In a non-metal bowl, mix the Light Master Lift&Tone Cream Oxidant, the Powder Lifter and Toner in a ratio of 2:2:1. Follow the instructions on the Powder Lifter package. In case of heat application hold the mixture for 2-10 minutes, and at room temperature for max. 50 minutes.
